IROCK introduces TC-20 tracked impact crusher

IROCK Crushers has introduced its new TC-20 tracked impact crusher that combines a larger feeder, a high-performance four-bar impactor and heavy-duty components. The TC-20 produces a uniform, cubical product, and IROCK’s hydraulically adjustable aprons are said to provide better control over sizing. The machine has the versatility to process soft to medium rock, recycled concrete and recycled asphalt, and the 1.4m x 1.7m rotor can process a variety of materials up to 73cm in diameter. IROCK’s new TC-20 tracked impact crusher
7408 IROCK Crushers has introduced its new TC-20 tracked impact crusher that combines a larger feeder, a high-performance four-bar impactor and heavy-duty components.

A 178 Caterpillar C-13 ACERT Tier 3 engine powers the crusher, which can process up to 453.5tonnes/hour.

The tracked crusher features a fixed hopper with a 11.5m³. It is paired with a vibrating grizzly feeder that allows it to be fed with a large wheeled loader.

The TC-20 features a standard crusher bypass chute to reduce unnecessary wear on the crusher, and fines that fall through the grizzly feeder can either bypass the crusher and mix back in with the crushed material, or be removed via the dirt conveyor with a simple adjustment to the flop gate.

The discharge conveyor can stockpile from as high as 3.32m. Operators can hydraulically lower or raise the conveyor to adjust drop heights and make maintenance easier.

Bob Nelson, IROCK general manager, said that the TC-20 comes standard with a wireless remote control for full plant operation, with two tracking speeds as standard, and it features a standard dust-suppression system.
