Caterpillar’s new D8 dozer offers improved performance over the previous model

Caterpillar says that its new D8 dozer benefits from an improved cab design, with better visibility and ergonomics. The new operator station is the same as already seen on the D5-D7 models and benefits from a 15 °angled seat for better comfort.

This Next Generation machine also benefits from a wide range of Assist features and is Cat Grade 3D ready ex-factory. Customers also have the option to upgrade the system to the more sophisticated Cat Command Remote Control package.
