In the US state of Arizona a woman was arrested by police following an incident in which she ran over a restaurant worker. The driver of a skip delivery truck was given a rather unusual send off by his family, friends and colleagues following his death in a road crash. He was killed in his own car when it collided with another vehicle on a stretch of road since identified for its high crash risk.
