Liebherr’s latest concrete plant offers high output and versatility

High output and versatility are claimed for Liebherr’s latest Mobilmix concrete plant. The largest model in the range is equipped with a 4m³ twin-shaft mixer, delivering high production rates.

The plant features modular construction, which allows the user to suit plant configuration to the application and site dimensions. Because the components are modular, this also optimizes transport, reducing delivery times and assembly and commissioning. The modular design also ensures high parts availability.

High performance is claimed while Liebherr says that improvements in drive technology cut energy consumption by up to 30%. Precise metering helps to boost weighing accuracy, allowing for a saving of up to 8kg of cement for every 1m3 of concrete produced, delivering significant gains in cost efficiency for the user.
