The XL3500 III is designed for all-terrain performance
7586 Gradall Industries has taken the wraps off its largest wheeled excavator, the XL5300 III. The 23tonne machine has a reach of 10.3m and a maximum digging depth of 7.5m. Bucket breakout force is 113kN and the machine has a rated boom force of 111kN.

The wheeled machine is capable of working to the front, the rear or over the side, without the need for outriggers or a dozer blade to provide stability. It has hydraulic drive motors powering both axles for full-time four-wheel drive. Both axles have wet disc brakes to provide secure braking and easy serviceability. Gradall’s telescopic tilting boom is capable of working with a range of buckets, breakers, grapples and shears, while the machine’s short tail swing allows it to work in confined site conditions.
