1449 Goldhofer claims that its latest heavy equipment trailers offer versatility for construction industry logistics. The firm’s proven and innovative transport solutions are said to meet demanding requirements.

One of the innovative systems is the ADDRIVE 6, a six-axle version of a revolutionary transport solution. This system offers a combination of trailered and self-propelled modules in a single vehicle. The firm says that the ADDRIVE system can handle a wide range of cargos efficiently and this package can be installed in a variety of trailer and semitrailer combinations. Depending on the gradients and surfaces, the system’s additional drive can offer higher speed or a greater pulling force and can now be operated by wireless remote control.

Meanwhile the Goldhofer STZ-L4 has wheel recesses and has been developed to handle large self-propelled construction macines. The wheel recesses reduce the overall height of the combination, while the STZ-L4 can be converted into a trailer with level deck so that it can handle tracked vehicles or heavy construction materials. Payloads of 43tonnes or even up to 50tonne can be managed by the unit due to an innovative design.
