Furukawa Rock Drill (FRD) is increasing the performance of its FXJ hydraulic breakers. The firm has increased the power to weight ration due to continuous developments of the FRD Inliner-Systems and various patented solutions. 7140 Furukawa Rock Drill (FRD) is increasing the performance of its FXJ hydraulic breakers. The firm has increased the power to weight ration due to continuous developments of the FRD Inliner-Systems and various patented solutions. Weight has been reduced breaker while the units offer higher impact energy results for a greater breaking power.

From 2016 the FXJ is available in six models for excavators from 9-75tonnes, including two new models, the FXJ125 and FXJ770.

The FXJ125, for excavators from 9-16tonnes, has an operating weight of 850kg; a rod diameter of Ø110mm and a minimum of 400 blows/minute (bpm) and a maximum of 1,000bpm

The FXJ770 has an opearting weight of 4,800kg; a rod diameter of 190mm and a bpm range of 250-460. It is suitable for excavators from 44-75tonnes.
