This product has been developed and perfected over 40 years and is said to feature specially graded aggregates and binder formulation that is blended together to deliver a long-life pothole repair. The material becomes stronger with compaction, and more so as it begins carrying the weight of traffic. UltraCrete Instant Road Repair's durability and strength are also said to suit use in areas where heavy vehicles are manoeuvring and braking. The firm claims that tests show that its UltraCrete Instant Road Repair is well suited to roads carry large traffic volumes.

A key feature of the product is said to be its ability to cope with the expansion and contraction of road surfaces due to temperature changes. The firm claims that this product has been specially formulated to allow movement within the road surface, ensuring a long-term durable repair.

This system is applied in three steps; clean, pour and compact. It is also proven in a range of climactic conditions including some of the coldest, wettest and hottest countries and even in freezing temperatures. This innovative material has been independently tested by the British Board of Agrément and is proven to be a high quality and durable solution for long-lasting road repairs.

When it comes to deciding which geogrid is best for a specific project, a number of product parameters must be taken into account. In the design of steep slopes, the most important parameter is the available long term design strength (Pdes).
