It provides details of more than 400,000 tenders in Russia, including state contracts, worth in total $30 billion. In addition it has information on 170,000 construction companies operating in Russia.

Foreign companies are able to register in either English or Chinese. It provides them with access to the 170,000 Russian companies and information about winners of construction tenders in Russia. This allows users to quickly present them with materials and equipment to perform the work. Users have their catalogue of products translated into Russian. Support is also provided for legal and logistical matters along with the opportunity to bid for contracts.

“ESTP creates the conditions to allow companies to work with foreign partners,” said executive director Dara Akimova. Registration for six months costs $500 and for a year it is $850.
