Deutz to offer diesel and LPG at 2.2litres

Deutz is to extend its lower powered engine line-up with an all-new three-cylinder unit based on the four-cylinder TCD2.9. Called the TCD2.2, this smaller engine will be rated from 22-56kW and will be available as a diesel-fuelled or LPG fuelled power unit, the latter badged G2.2. In addition, the larger TCD2.9 will also be available as an LPG engine and badged as the G2.9.

Deutz will offer its TCD2.2 in diesel and LPG versions
201 Deutz is to extend its lower powered engine line-up with an all-new three-cylinder unit based on the four-cylinder TCD2.9. Called the TCD2.2, this smaller engine will be rated from 22-56kW and will be available as a diesel-fuelled or LPG fuelled power unit, the latter badged G2.2. In addition, the larger TCD2.9 will also be available as an LPG engine and badged as the G2.9.

    Unveiled at ConExpo 2017, Liebherr has extended its mobile crane product range with an additional series of rough terrain cranes in the 90tonne and 100tonne classes. The new rough-terrain crane LRT 1090-2.1 is said to feature high performance, safety and comfort. The VarioBase (variable support base) developed by Liebherr, which allows each individual outrigger beam to be extended to optional lengths, is standard on the LRT cranes.     Lombardini, part of the Kohler Group, used INTERMAT to reveal its latest KDI engine series that meets forthcoming emissions regulations without the need for a diesel particulate filter.
