Converted Yanmar ViO10 excavator works in Bielefeld town hall

A mini excavator manufactured by Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe has been equipped with an electric power unit for restoration activities at the old town hall in Bielefeld, Germany. Yanmar sales and service dealer Lopez-Infantes Baumaschinen, from the town of Bad Salzuflen, converted the Yanmar ViO10 zero tail swing excavator. A mini excavator manufactured by 7139 Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe has been equipped with an electric power unit for restoration activities at the old town hall in Bielefeld, Germany.

Yanmar sales and service dealer Lopez-Infantes Baumaschinen, from the town of Bad Salzuflen, converted the Yanmar ViO10 zero tail swing excavator. The unit was converted within three weeks from receiving the order from restoration contractor Piechottkabau.

City regulations allow machines only without exhaust emission motors to work in the town hall’s basement. This is to protect the health of employees’ continuing to work during the restoration.
