Contractors can realise substantial fuel savings and productivity gains through the use of a new hydraulic fluid, said 7645 DYNAVIS.

DYNAVIS is making its inaugural trade show appearance in North America at Conexpo 2014. The company has provided contractor case studies that show fuel savings of 5% to 10%, with some reporting savings of 30%. The contractors also report a “noticeable improvement” in performance.

One contractor said he achieved $8,000 in measurable savings that he attributed to switching his hydraulic fluids.

DYNAVIS said technology developed by their scientists leads to the gains. “DYNAVIS technology focuses on formulating hydraulic fluids that meet higher performance standards,” said Rolf Fianke, DYNAVIS after market support manager.

At Conexpo, the DYNAVIS display includes a specially designed simulator that gives visitors a strong impression of the difference the technology makes, including consistent power across multiple functions. “When visitors to the stand jump on the simulator, they feel the power of a hydraulic fluid formulated with DYNAVIS technology,” said Fianke.
