The machine also has a capacity of 3.5m3 and features double mixing screws, as well as mixing and discharge speeds that are independent from the engine speed. The machine’s 600litre loader has a hydraulic door that discharges sand or gravel directly into the drum. In addition the machine offers good gradeability and  can travel on slopes with gradients over 30%, even under full load.  The Carmix 3500 TC is equipped with the firm’s Concrete-Mate system, an innovative mix design manager that includes RMC Plant standard level management software. The machine has four sensors in the mixing unit to ensure high quality concrete mix complying with international standards. Up to 15 different mixes and 99 types of materials can be selected using the Concrete-Mate system. This allows the production of multiple combinations of materials. When the software has stored a mix design, it suggests the operator the dosage of each element, the sequence of operations and the working time for each process step, eliminating errors.
