CIFA is offering two new pumps for 2016
Italian concrete pump manufacturer 2203 CIFA is introducing two new concrete pumps for 2016 in the shape of its K36L and K40C models.

The K36L has been developed to meet the needs of European customers and slots into the firm’s STEELTECH range. The firm has designed the K36L so that it can comply with the 26tonne weight limit for a three axle chassis. The machine is lightweight in construction for its reach and has over 1.5tonnes of load reserve. The pump features a four-section boom made from steel, with a Z folding system. The firm says that the pump can be customised to suit the specific needs of the customer due to the availability of a wide array of optional features. Customers have a choice of pumping units. The 1606H open circuit pumping unit delivers a maximum capacity of 160 m3/hour at a 60bar maximum pressure. The other pumping option is for the 1608EC closed circuit unit, delivering a maximum capacity of 160m3/hour at an 80bar maximum pressure and equipped with a sophisticated electronic control.

Designed for the CLASSIC range the new K40C pump has a 40m long arm, featuring five sections with the RZ folding system. The machine has an open circuit pumping unit with a maximum capacity of 160 m3/hour and a 70bar maximum pressure. This pump is designed to be reliable and simple but without sacrificing any key operating features. The machine is aimed at customers in developing markets such as the Middle East and Africa wanting a quality pump but without the sophisticated electronic controls of the units sold in Europe (or the US).
