CC1300 VI – CC1400 VI completes the roller range

Adding the new CC1300 VI/ CC1400 VI to the CC1100 VI/ CC1200 VI makes the range of 2.4 – 4.3 complete

CC1400 VI roller

Following the success with generation VI of small asphalt rollers, we have now designed the CC1300 VI/ CC1400 VI with the same thinking to meet the construction industry’s tough conditions with the operator in mind, resulting in a robust, comfortable and modern machine for best compaction result. The generation VI machines have a unique design with cross-mounted engines in combination with excellent visibility and massive casted forks with built-in flexible lifting/towing/tie down possibilities. The CC1300 VI/ CC1400 VI also has more features like optional dual amplitudes and dual edge pressers

Visibility

By moving the water tank to the rear part of the machine, we have managed to develop a machine with a unique design with a cross-mounted engine in combination with excellent visibility over the drums. The optional sliding seat in combination with the engine hood design gives the operator among the best sliding possibilities and visibility on the market.

Performance

A mechanical adjustable off-set function is standard on the gen VI machines. By adjusting the rear frame to the left by long-holes you will get an off-set of the front drum up to 50 mm. The drums have tapered drum edges giving the compaction result a smooth surface without marks.

All rollers include efficient eccentrics guaranteeing optimum powerful performance in the vibration start-up process. The machine features high frequency compaction with the possibility to choose between dual frequencies depending on different conditions and applications. Dual amplitude function is available as an option for even more flexibility to compact different layer thickness.

An asphalt temperature meter is available to make sure compaction is done at the right temperature interval.

Reliable water system

The rollers are equipped with a sprinkler system with an easily accessible sprinkler pump and filter and sprinkler bars including four sprinkler nozzles on each drum for CC1300 VI – CC1400 VI. Automatic Water Control is standard. A three-stage filtration system ensures clean water and prevents clogged sprinkler nozzles.

Operator efficiency and comfort

The spacious and vibration damped operator platform enables good operator comfort even during long working days. A new comfort seat is available with weight adjustment, armrests and optional seat-heating. The forward and reverse lever follows the optional sliding seat for even better ergonomics and better control. The new instrument-panel with keypad buttons and a display showing the most important functions helps the driver operate the roller in a controlled way.

Great serviceability

The engine hood is large and it is possible to fully open almost 90 degrees for full accessibility. It is equipped with a gas spring balance for easy opening and closing. The engine is cross-mounted for optimal serviceability. All hydraulic hoses are easy accessible. It is easy to reach sprinkler nozzles, water-pumps and filters for the watering system. The sprinkler pump and filter are easily accessible behind a cover above the rear drum.
