Police in the West Virginia were forced to close highway lanes on a key route in the state, due to a spillage of Lego building blocks. The Lego fell from a container being carried on top of a car as a family made a Sunday afternoon trip. High winds lifted the top of the container and the driver and her son quickly realised the Lego was spilling into the roadway of I-79. Police in the West Virginia were forced to close highway lanes on a key route in the state, due to a spillage of Lego building blocks. The Lego fell from a container being carried on top of a car as a family made a Sunday afternoon trip. High winds lifted the top of the container and the driver and her son quickly realised the Lego was spilling into the roadway of I-79. Police were called and they closed several lanes to allow highway to pick up the building blocks. The mother of the 11-year-old apologised for the delays caused by the incident.
