BKT’s new tyres offer long wear life and durability
7297 BKT is introducing its new Earthmax Tyre range, the SR 47, SR 51 and SR 53. These three new tyres meet demands across a range of construction duties.

The Earthmax SR 47 models are specially designed for rigid dump trucks operating under tough conditions in quarries. The SR 47 is said to offer high resistance, durability and stability. Meanwhile increased tread depth allows an extended wear life, boosting productivity and reducing machinery downtime.

The Earthmax SR 51 tyres is aimed at use with wheeled loaders. Its lug design has been developed in order to deliver the best traction for excavating and loading operations according to the firm. The extra tread depth – classified L5 – and its special compound are said to provide an extended wear life and increased productivity. Meanwhile the Earthmax SR 51 tyre is also said to be durable and resistant to punctures.

The Earthmax SR 53 is specially designed for use wheeled loaders and wheeled dozers that are operating on rocky ground in harsh conditions. The cut-resistant compound is said to boost both durability and productivity. The tread design lowers the risk of stones from being trapped in the tyre.

These three new ranges are said to provide important additions to the well-known Earthmax tyre lineup, featuring a very resistant All Steel structure as well as rigid, non-directional blocks for better load distribution on uneven terrain. They fit into the existing Earthmax SR 22, SR 30, SR 40, SR 41, SR 44, SR 45, SR 50 and SR 55 ranges.
