Atlas Copco is offering new and more efficient plate compactor models
161 Atlas Copco´s new LG 504 plate compactor broadens the firm’s offering for forward and reversible models. The firm says that the unit offers high traction, particularly in wet soil conditions. The unit delivers high frequency centrifugal forces and amplitude. The firm says that the new model also features better ergonomics and improved access for service and maintenance. A key feature for the LG 504 is its compaction indicator, which helps to prevent over-compaction and ensures better results.

The new model can handle both deep and medium deep compaction of granular soils while other benefits include easy handling even on rough surfaces as well as improved vibration damping for the handle and wear-resistant plates made from Hardox 400 grade Steel.
