Anaconda’s FSL100 scalping screen launched at Conexpo.
4924 Anaconda Equipment International launches its TD516 tracked trommel, the DF410 tracked screener and the new FSL100 scalping screen at Conexpo.

The FSL100, designed to handle some of the toughest applications in the quarries, mines and recycling facilities, produces two end products and is popular as a pre or post-crushing screener.

As with many Anaconda screens, it will ship worldwide in a standard 40’ container, “reducing the cost exponentially the further you are from Northern Ireland.”

Powered by a JCB444 Dieselmax engine or a Deutz TD2011FL04i engine, the two-deck vibrating grid can be fitted with grizzly bars, fingers, punch plate or mesh while the hopper is protected by a heavy duty plate to prevent damage when clearing the oversize product from the machine. The feeder belt and the discharge belt both offer variable speed control and the machine can be operated by wired or radio remote control.

Also on show will be the DF410 tracked screener capable of screening and stockpiling up to 250tonnes/hour and the TD516 trommel for high-throughput landfill operators, skip yard operators, compost screening, wood chip processing, top soil screening and soil remediation projects.
