Ammann says that its latest SolidBatch asphalt plants are designed to combine versatility and reliability. The SolidBatch 140 and SolidBatch 180 offer capacities of 140tonnes/hour and 180tonnes/hour respectively. These units are highly standardised and the base model is offered with a few extra features to expand its range of capabilities. These units are highly standardised and the base model is offered with a few extra features to expand its range of capabilities. Should customers wish to include RAP within the asphalt mix, this can be handled with the addition of separate units for instance. Customers are able to purchase the standard SolidBatch model and then choose from a variety of options to tailor the unit to the specific needs of each application.
