M series crushing/screening buckets
Finnish company 2180 ALLU is launching a number of new products including its new M series of crushing and screening buckets for soft rock crushing and screening in the mining sector.

“By attaching the ALLU M Series processing bucket onto a mining loader or excavator, the loader or excavator becomes a high capacity mobile primary or secondary material processing machine that does the job in a one-step operation,” says the company.

“Crushing, screening, mixing and loading are easily. With this method the processing machine is brought to the material and not the material to the machine. This can bring big cost savings in any soft rock mining operation.”

The ALLU M Series buckets are designed to be mounted onto 30–100ton (27.2-90.7tonne) mining loaders and 50–200ton (45.3-181.5tonne) mining excavators, and can also be mounted on sub-terrain loaders in order to take the material processing underground.

The test programme of the M Series is said to have proven that capacities up to 650tons/hour (590tonnes) can be achieved with one unit. Fragment sizes such as 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 150mm can be produced in one step with this new innovative method of processing.

The series will be launched as a complete product line covering three models for mining loaders and three models for mining excavators.
