Manitou’s handler can be used for access applications
2106 Manitou is making its MT625HA telescopic handler available in the access platform market. The machine can be equipped with a choice of two platforms, offering 200kg or 365kg capacities. Power is provided by a Tier 4 Final Kubota engine, delivering 55kW (74hp) and the machine features flow-sharing hydraulics for smooth operation. An emergency electric pump is supplied to provide platform control in the event of an engine failure.

Manitou is also taking the wraps off the MT Easy range, a simplified line-up that is aimed at the cost-conscious rental market. The MT625H is powered by a 36kW (49hp) engine while MT7 to 18m machines use a 55kW (74hp) 201 Deutz motor. There is no requirement for a DPF or for an exhaust after treatment fluid.

The French manufacturer has also upgraded its MRT 2150 and MRT2250 rotating boom telescopics, boosting lift heights to 20.6m and 24.6m respectively. Revised stabilisers offer increased outreach capabilities and the firm said that repositioning of the boom delivers improved visibility.

Manitou is boosting its heavy lift range too, with the launch of the M70-2H, capable of lifting a 7tonne load. The two-wheel drive machine has a hydrostatic transmission and is powered by the 55kW) Deutz engine.
