The machine wields a 17m3 bucket, allowing it to pass match loading of rigid dump trucks in the 100tonne payload class. According to Zoomlion, the development of this excavator involved the registering of 39 patents. It is the largest ever hydraulic shovel developed and built in China and takes the firm’s excavator line-up into the market for removing overburden from large quarries as well as mining operations.
