Global Chile has taken delivery of its first Zoomlion crane
7119 Global Crane Sales has delivered the first 1175 Zoomlion RT55 crane to Global Chile, a partner and exclusive distributor of RT cranes for Global Cranes & Machinery. Zoomlion is one of the world’s largest crane manufacturers, and Global Crane Sales is the exclusive international distributor of the Zoomlion Rough Terrain cranes. Global Crane Sales, in partnership with Zoomlion, offers full lines of Rough Terrain Cranes and Crawler Cranes that meet ANSI ad CE standards.
Liebherr has developed a hybrid drive system for its HS8300HD heavy duty cycle crawler crane. The 350 tonne machine generates electrical power from its hydraulic free-fall winches, which offer up to 50 tonnes of line pull. Under this Pactronic system surplus energy is stored in a hydraulic accumulator and regenerated to assist the engine, reducing fuel consumption. This reuse of energy also cuts emissions from the machine.
JCB will launch 427 and 437 wheeled loaders at Bauma, powered by Stage IIIB/Tier 4 Interim Cummins engines. First seen in prototype form at last year’s Intermat show, the two loaders are powered by the Cummins QSB6.7 engine, which offers a 9.4% increase in torque over the previous model. Sitting alongside the M2500 mobile washing plant on CDE’s stand will be the latest AggMax 83 portable logwasher, which will include a RotoMax RX80 logwasher; triple- deck Prograde sizing screen and horizontal dewatering integrated on a single chassis. The AggMax has found many applications ranging from the washing of limestone conglomerate material in Scotland and Austria, to construction and demolition waste recycling in England, iron ore processing in India and sand and gravel washing in Germany.
