Zoomlion deliver first batch of ‘record’ China excavator order

Zoomlion has delivered the first 80 of its claimed Chinese record-breaking order of 200 excavator machines to Inner Mongolia Qiantai Industrial Corporation. 1175 Zoomlion has delivered the first 80 of its claimed Chinese record-breaking order of 200 excavator machines to Inner Mongolia Qiantai Industrial Corporation.

The claimed national single order transaction record is said by Zoomlion to be worth more than US$47.38million (300million yuan).

The ZE360E model excavator in the order is a crawler excavator said to be specially designed for clients in the mining and construction industries, with key features including its practical applicability and low fuel consumption.

According to Zoomlion’s Q1 2012 report, the company’s income has increased by more than 20% compared with the same stage of last year. The first stage of the Zoomlion Weinan Industry Park Project has begun operation. The site is expected to manufacture 15,000 excavators per year, generating annual output value of between US$947.73million and US$1.10billion (6-7 billion yuan).
