Showcasing its range of 711 Godwin Pumps featuring non-clog 3939 Flygt N-technology will be 3936 Xylem, which says its Godwin NC-Series is engineered to deliver clog-free pumping for maximum uptime and effectiveness.

The design of Flygt N-hydraulics allows stringy solids to pass through easily without clogging the pump and has been used successfully in Flygt dry installed and submersible pumps since 1997. The Flygt N-technology has been proven in more than 300,000 water and wastewater installations around the world.

Andrew Jones, head of Xylem’s dewatering business said: “In sewage bypass and other wastewater pumping, fibre and stringy solids can cause difficulties. Pumps can often clog requiring maintenance and resulting in unplanned downtime. Xylem’s engineering teams in the UK, Sweden and the United States have integrated Flygt N-technology into our flagship Godwin Dri-Prime range to create this non-clog range that ideally suited for a multitude of applications within the construction and municipal industries.”

Xylem’s Godwin NC Series (models NC80, NC100 and NC150) are capable of flows up to 400m³/hour) and heads up to 60m. The NC Series is offered with diesel engine or electric motor options, on highway trailer or skid base. Pump enclosures that minimise noise are also available for use in residential areas.
