Work has begun on the Long Van-Long My road in Vietnam's Binh Dinh province. The US $47.71 million project (VND 995bn), due for completion in 2015, will create a 7km road connecting National Highways 1D and 1A in Quy Nhon town.

The US $47.71 million project (VND 995bn), due for completion in 2015, will create a 7km road connecting National Highways 1D and 1A in Quy Nhon town.
The Laos Government is planning to build a network of six interlinked roads that will cost in the order of US$3.98 billion. The Laos Ministry of Public Works and Transport says that the network will comprise some existing roads that will be upgraded to meet Asean highway standards, as well as new road sections. The Costanera Central motorway in Chile will require an investment of US$ 1.98bn, according to the country’s Ministry of Public Works (MOPC). The 20km road, which will connect Puente Alto with the Autopista del Sol motorway, will be put to tender in the final quarter of 2013. Construction is due for completion by 2019.
