The Wirtgen Group is offering high performance, rugged machines modified to meet the needs of the Chinese market

The Wirtgen Group is presenting a broad range at bauma China in Shanghai. Eight innovations from the Wirtgen brands, 1194 Vögele, Hamm and Kleemann form the heart of the firm’s exhibition space, with specially modified machines for this market.

With the W 100 H and W 130 H, 2395 Wirtgen is putting two new cold milling machines from the 1m class on the Chinese market to meet the customer requirements. Both machines offer increased speed of travel and variable milling drum rotation speed due to the special drives and these units have been modified to meet demands from Chinese customers. The W 100 H and W 130 H are manufactured at the Wirtgen Group’s local production facility in Langfang.

The new SUPER 1800-2 HD was developed specifically to meet the demanding requirements in Chinese road construction. The paver’s heavy-duty design makes it ideally prepare for laying cold, coarse mixtures such as cement-treated base (CTB.)

228 Hamm is offering three new models from its tandem roller range. The HD 128, HD O 128 V and HD 138 are said to offer good handling, visibility, simple maintenance, versatility and efficiency. A number of advanced features from the HD+ series have been integrated into the further development and tailored to meet local requirements.

261 Kleemann is presenting a robust mobile triple-decker screening machine in the shape of the Mobiscreen MS 19 D.

It processes feed material with an edge length of up to 150mm with an output of up to 500tonnes/hour. The machine is well-suited to use with natural stone as well as recycling.

Customer service has been a major feature of the Wirtgen Group on the Chinese market  for more than 25 years. Experts at the main plants in Germany and the subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong with bases in Langfang, Beijing, Shanghai, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Xi’an and Wuhu ensure assistance and technical support if maintenance is necessary.
