Vietnam is suffering a high vehicle crash rate

Data from Vietnam’s National Traffic Safety Committee reveals that 7,475 people were killed in traffic crashes between January and October 2014.     Taiwan is taking steps to cut its car crash rate following research revealing high levels of serious and fatal incidents on its road network.
