A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles. A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles.

Apparently, this road-touring adaptor comes in three “sizes, apparently – city (70kph), highway (90kph) and freeway (120kph). Perhaps road builders will in the near future have to design in dedicated wheelchair lanes.
