A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles. A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles.

Perhaps road builders will in the near future have to design in dedicated wheelchair lanes.
