Development work in full swing at Hillhead Quarry
In the United Kingdom, work is nearing completion on extending the showground area in preparation for 5894 Hillhead 2016.

In total, around 16,000tonnes of material have been excavated from an old tip area to create just under 2,000m2 of additional exhibitor space near the southern 255 JCB end of the site.

The show takes place from 28–30 June 2016 at Hillhead Quarry, near Buxton, Derbyshire in England.

Show director Richard Bradbury said there is a waiting list for outdoor space. “We are delighted to be able to accommodate some of this demand in the new area. Two access points have been created to maximize visitor flow – one opposite the far end of the JCB stand and the other coming off the aisle populated by the Invest Northern Ireland stands.

“Interest for indoor space has also been buoyant. With the Main Pavilion almost full, we have once again increased the size of the Registration Pavilion.”
