The EU faces a significant challenge to achieve the target of a 50% reduction in road deaths by 2020. However the TISPOL conference will provide an important opportunity to help share knowledge and best practices.

    In its latest three-year strategic plan, the European Traffic Police Network has reaffirmed its commitment to the European Union’s road death reduction target of 50% by 2020.
