Telsmith 820 tracked screen
Among new crushing and screening products showcased by 2987 Telsmith at Conexpo 2014 this week, a new 820 tracked screening plant was taking centre stage offering users high throughput volumes.

The plant includes an 8203 Telsmith TL screen; 1,372mm feed conveyor, an 1,829mm under screen conveyor, all combined to process up to 907tonnes/hour.

The 820 produces up to four products simultaneously and can be easily operated through a wireless remote control.

“Telsmith has a rich history of delivering innovative solutions to our global aggregate and mining customers”, said Matt Haven, president of Telsmith.

“We are excited to launch the 820 track screening plant and T400 and H3450 Hydra-Jaw crushers, and discuss the advantages of implementing these three solutions within minerals processing operations.

“We have exported quite a few of our tracked plants to such places as Brazil and Indonesia. A lot of what we manufacture is at the higher end of the volume range.”

Telsmith also used Conexpo 2014 to launch a new size to the popular line-up of Hydra-Jawcrushers with the worldwide product launch of the H3450. The 863mm X 1270mm opening of the H3450 is capable of processing up to 598tonnes/hour with the hydraulic toggle reducing maintenance and lowering operating costs with fast, safe hydraulic chamber clearing and tramp iron overload relief with auto resets.

The newest model in the line-up of T-Series crushers, originally introduced in 2012, is the T400, which is designed to deliver maximum uptime availability while also minimising maintenance costs. The 400 HP crusher contains a 305mm maximum feed opening and is capable of processing between 136-544tonnes/hour.
