Strabag wins €34.6mn road modernisation contract

The Austrian group Strabag has been awarded a two-year contract worth €34.6mn for the modernisation of a 48km stretch of the national road M2 in the Republic of Moldova. The upgrade route runs between Ghindesti and Drochia.

    Work is starting on Poland’s S7 expressway. Italian firm Salini Impregilo is leading a consortium to construct a 21.5km stretch of the S7 expressway.     Eurovia Infrastructure is the only contractor to secure a position on all three Lots of the US $ 144.02 million (£90mn) Hertfordshire Highways Structural Maintenance and Surface Treatments Framework contracts.
