A focus on road safety is being organised by ASECAP

On June 25, 2025, ASECAP will proudly launch the third edition of its European-wide safety campaign with onsite events organised by road operators in several countries.

“She Works / I Care” – a day entirely dedicated to raising awareness about road safety, with a special focus on the protection of road workers and patrollers.
Thanks to the growing involvement of our members, the initiative has become a major annual event across Europe. In 2024, the campaign mobilised 17 countries, hundreds of patrollers and truck drivers, 48 nationalities and countless citizens and organizations committed to safer roads.

This year, with the engagement of new concessionaires and countries, we aim to go even further – promoting mutual respect, empathy, and concrete action between all road users.

Every day, men and women risk their lives to ensure safe and well-maintained roads. Through interactive simulations, testimonials, and educational workshops, the campaign encourages truck drivers and road users to better understand the challenges patrollers face – and to adopt safer, more responsible behaviour.
Let’s work together to ensure that every worker returns home safely.
