5018 MS designs, manufactures and installs reliable and efficient solutions for liquids/solids separation and its stand at INTERMAT features a working display of the company’s technology.

With increasingly strict environmental protection regulations affecting all areas of industry, MS supplies its solutions to three distinct areas of operation. They include the washing of aggregates, managing of waste products from underground works and solutions designed for civil engineering projects.

The washing of aggregates and minerals is an indispensable process but it requires considerable amounts of water. With its wide range of tools, individually adapted to diverse working conditions, MS solutions can enable up to 98% recycling of process water.

For 20 years, MS has been transforming used mud from underground projects into compact cakes, which can be easily loaded and transported, thus generating large quantities of clarified water that can either be re-used in the process, or safely discharged into the environment.

Civil engineering projects and other industries generate waste materials that are potentially harmful for the environment. MS provides tailor-made solutions (mobile or static), combining physical/chemical treatment with filtering solutions to control this pollution.
