Six firms submit bids for Argentina road construction deal

Six companies have submitted bids for a US$87.62 million (ARS 400million) road construction deal in Santiago del Estero in Argentina. Jose Cartellone Construcciones Civiles; Petersen Thiele & Cruz; Eleprint; Mijovi; Benito Roggio e Hijos; and Supercemento are interested in the project . The 70km road will link La Banda and Amama.

1390 Jose Cartellone Construcciones Civiles; 1400 Petersen Thiele y Cruz; 1393 Eleprint; Mijovi; 2427 Benito Roggio e Hijos; and 1399 Supercemento are interested in the project . The 70km road will link La Banda and Amama.

The country’s Federal Government is preparing the bidding process for section one of the Route 33 highway, between Rufino and the San Eduardo access road. The construction work is expected to require two years to complete while the project’s estimated budget is US$231.6 million. The bidding process is opening for tenders on 6th July 2017.
