Simplex Infrastructures, the Indian construction firm, has emerged as the low bidder for the third phase deal for Oman's Batinah Expressway.     Croatian construction firm Konstruktor and India’s Simplex Infrastructure are reported to have been awarded a contract worth US$ 335 million (€259.34mn) for the construction of 46km of motorway in Oman.
