5872 Sibmost and the Automobile Roads Department of the Krasnoyarsk Region have signed a US$371.07million (RR12billion) contract to construct the first phase of the fourth highway bridge in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia.
Five consortia are vying for the contract to pave 255km of Paraguay’s bi-oceanic corridor project - the Loma Plata-Carmelo Peralta road paving works.
The five consortia are INECS, EPI, ACI Proyectos Cialpa, Geocon-MCSA and Loma Plata.
The 255km contract is the first phase, costing US$300 million, of a 1,045km overall corrider that will need around $926 million.

A new 3km long bridge is planned for Yakutsk in Siberia. This bridge will cross the River Lena and is at present expected to cost some US$1.74 billion to construct. The tender process for the project was initially to be held until the end of 2013. The timing of the tender process for the two lane bridge will now be announced in due course. Design and construction is expected to take six years once the contract is signed. Drivers will not pay tolls to use the bridge and instead the investor will be paid fees
