Among a host of updated machinery at bauma, 2924 Sennebogen has unveiled the 655HD duty cycle crawler crane for the dragline and foundation industries.

The 55tonne E Series machine is powered by a 261kW Stage IIIB 178 Caterpillar engine. Both of its 16tonne winches are driven by variable flow hydraulic motors and the machine is equipped with the firm’s SENCON monitoring and electronic control system.

The crane sits on a telescopic crawler track frame, providing a transport width of just 3.3m. With the help of a hydraulically-adjustable A-frame the machine can independently ballast itself, reducing set-up time.
