Section II of Indonesia’s Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road project launched

Work has begun on Section II of Indonesia’s Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road. The 5.5km route is costing US$210.25 million (IDR 2.4 trillion) and Section II will have a length of 5.5km. The project by Translingkar Kita Jaya is earmarked for completion in February 2016.

  • Indonesia’s Penajam-Balikpapan bridge project approved

    The Indonesian government is said to have approved the construction of a bridge to connect Balikpapan and Penajam Paser Utara. The official approval for the US$437.47million (IDR 5 trillion) works was disclosed by Djoko Murjanto from Indonesia’s Ministry of Public Works.     Indonesia’s proposed US$914.8 million (IDR 8.97tn) 177km Solo-Mantingan-Kertosono toll road is to be developed under the public private partnership (PPP) scheme with Theis Contractors Indonesia, according to Rido Matari Ichwan, head of planning and public works at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
