Saltec brand Torgar is offering innovative access solutions

New access solutions have been developed for the TORGAR range by Spanish specialist Saltec. New access solutions have been developed for the TORGAR range by Spanish specialist 7239 Saltec. The new compact PT-02 industrial lift has been developed to meet the needs of the tower crane sector, for high mast applications. Meanwhile the new PL-20 is a platform type access machine that offers a 2tonne payload. The PW-6/12 work platform is the firm’s light and robust access machine that is specially designed for renovation jobs, but with a maximum platform length of 24.6m, platform width of 0.7m and maximum (standard) height of 120m. The PW-18/35 + Passenger Hoist is a work platform that can carry personnel and materials on the same mast.

    Doosan Construction Equipment has launched a Dash-3 version of its popular reduced-radius 15tonne excavator, the DX140LCR-3. Powered by a Cummins QSB4.5 Stage IIIB-compliant engine, with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and a diesel particulate filter (DPF), the machine has 10% more power and 15% more torque than the previous model. Both main boom and dipper arm forces get an 8% boost, while travel speeds are increased to 5.3km/h, resulting in a claimed a 10% increase in productivity.
