Plans have been revealed for a new ring road project in Turkmenistan. The project looks likely to cost over US$223 million. The deal to build the road has been awarded to contractor Vozrozhdenie.

Called the Anillo Vial Periferico, the new ring road is being built by the Cintra-JJC consortium.
