Plans have been revealed for a new ring road project in Turkmenistan. The project looks likely to cost over US$223 million. The deal to build the road has been awarded to contractor Vozrozhdenie.
The firm tasked with drawing up a ‘design concept’ for a ring road for the far eastern port city of Vladivostok say their pre-project report research will be completed in December 2013.
