Revised traffic development plan for Hanoi, Vietnam to cost US$462.52mn

A new flyover and express bus routes are among revisions to a new traffic development plan for Hanoi City, Vietnam set to cost US$462.52 million (VND9.66tn). The revised plan has been put forward by The People's Committee of Hanoi City.
