Finnish company 2405 REMU has launched its new screening plant, the Remu Combi E8.

A non-clogging screening plant for preparing topsoil and processing various waste materials, the re-engineered solutions have increased screening capacity by a wider 950mm screening table and a new 2.6m3 feeder unit.

Depending on configuration of the screening element, blade spacing can be 15mm-100mm, and grain size of screened material is approximately 8mm smaller than blade spacing.

Although compact, the Combi E8 can reach a capacity of 300m³/hour and both conveyors can be folded up for the transportation.

Screened fines will continue to the fine material conveyor, while overs will be conveyed to the side of the plant.

Improved screening capacity and easier operation provides more cubics with fewer expenses, said Remu.

“The function of the screening is based on rotating blades, which are always made from wear-resistant steel,” added the company.

At the heart of the Combi E8 is a 61kW Cat C4.4 engine.
