Progress on Balkan motorway

The Bosnia and Herzegovina Government says 60% of works have been completed on the Corridor V-c motorway between Drivusa and Kakanj. The €43.20million (US$56.28million) project, agreed in April 2010 between the Government's roads directorate and joint venture firm Viadukt d.d-Hering, will see the motorway created from three sub-roads between Drivusa-Gorica, Gorica-Biljesevo and Biljesevo-Kakanj.

  • Japanese input for Sudanese bridge project

    A key agreement between the Sudanese Government and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will see a new bridge being built in South Sudan. The US$90 million bridge will measure 560m long and will span the River Nile.
