Parsons Brinckerhoff strengthens Middle East operations

Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed transport planning specialist Richard Crossley to its expanding Middle East Transportation Team.

2693 Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed transport planning specialist Richard Crossley to its expanding Middle East Transportation Team. He will be based in the company’s Kuwait Office and will be involved in a wide range transportation projects across the region including PB’s contract to develop Kuwait’s National Transport Model.

Crossley was previously a divisional director of MVA and served as a board director of the company for three years. He is an active participant in developing the transportation industry and has been an executive board member of both the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation and the 3983 Transport Planning Society, including taking a key role in the successful roll-out of the Transport Planning Professional qualification in the UK.
