Using CAD/CAM technology, the company offers customers an in-house design service that includes material selection advice, service and support for producing self-lubricating materials with high-impact strength and high resistance to abrasion while remaining light in weight. “With our own grades of material combined with a full product design and production service, we are more chemistry-based than engineering based,” said Nylacast marketing executive Junaid Makda.

“We work very closely with technical and design engineers to find the most successful Nylacast alternative to outdated metal components.

“Our parts can be impregnated with colour, so do not require painting.”
